Dr. Kouznetsova earned the degrees of M.A., Mathematics, Moscow State University (Russia); Ph.D., Applied Mathematics, Wichita State University; and M.S., Computer Science, Wichita State University. Dr. Kouznetsova has taught various graduate and undergraduate courses in Mathematics and Computer Science, including college algebra, college trigonometry, business calculus, object-oriented programming, both intermediate and advanced courses on Java, and a variety of courses on database management systems, including relational, object-oriented, and active databases. Areas of research interest include database theory, object-oriented programming, strongly typed languages, behavioral subtyping. She is currently employed as Visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science at SHSU, teaching CS164: Introduction to Algorithms and Programming, and CS234: Networks 1.
